You acknowledge that Sani Auri, LLC dba Brown Skin Women’s refund policy is as follows:

Product Policy:

  • All product purchases are final and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products.

Grace Policy:

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed for appointments, subject to a $25 fee.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, the full balance of the service will be charged.
  • Rebooking a new appointment will require both a new deposit and fee.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Appointments canceled within 30 days of the appointment date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made after the 30-day period will result in the loss of the deposit.
  • For example, if you cancel on July 1st for an appointment on August 3rd, you will receive a full deposit refund. However, if you cancel on July 25th, the deposit will be forfeited.

No Call No Show Policy:

  • Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full cost of the service.

Deposit & Reschedule Policy

  • A $40 (returning clients) or 40% (new clients) nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • This deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days of the originally booked date.
  • However, after the initial transfer, any additional reschedule requests will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit is required when booking a new appointment.

Appointment Verification Form Policy:

  • The Appointment Verification Form must be completed 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and upon arrival. We kindly request that you submit this form before your appointment to ensure a smooth check-in process that won’t delay your service.

Event Tickets & Vendor Spaces

All ticket and vendor space sales are final. We do not offer refunds but do allow transfers. If we must cancel an event, registrants and vendors will be offered a full refund. In case of event postponement, we reserve the right to issue a full refund or transfer the registration to the rescheduled event. If the new date is a conflict, the cost of tickets or vendor spaces can be transferred to any other event or service.

Inclement Weather:

For the safety of our clients, event attendees, and staff, we follow local parking bans and weather service recommendations in case of severe weather. We will provide updates and rescheduling options as needed.

Community Subscription

No refunds are offered for past payments, but memberships can be self-canceled at any time.
